Yes, it’s time for another report from the House of Commons Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs committee. This one reports on the government’s delivery of infrastructure commitments through major projects. Like others produced by the committee over the years, the news is not good. I’m not going to summarise it though, I’ll leave that to the committee and leave you to judge for yourself whether we’re likely to get a good return in our investment.
