An IndexCardPlanning workshop takes just half a day. We need around one hour to prepare the room prior to people arriving. This is so that we can make the room Covid-19 safe. 

You should invite between 8 and 12 people to your workshop. All attendees should be subject matter experts, who will most likely be the managers of the people who will work on the project.

It is really important to have all your required attendees at the workshop. If you can’t get them all to attend it is better to delay your workshop than go ahead without them. The benefits of having them involved more than make up for any potential delay. If you are really struggling to get them to attend, it’s an indicator that there are other more pressing priorities that would make delivering your project a challenge. 

You’ll normally get the results of your workshop within two working days.  

A key outcome of our workshops is that your team will tell you if the project is unlikely to succeed. This could be for one of several reasons, including an unrealistic timeline, competing priorities or too many significant risks. If it looks like your project is not viable, then that’s a good thing. The small amount invested in the workshop more than repays itself if you discover this early on: it’s better to stop a project with little chance of success before it gets going than it is to go ahead and waste limited company resources. .

Yes, we’ll work with you to figure out a custom payment plan that works best for your specific situation. A deposit is required to secure your workshop date, and the workshop must be paid for in full no less than one week prior to the date.
